I switched from Avene to the La Roche-Posay Rosaliac light anti-redness moisturiser. I found the Avene made my skin feel heavy and a bit suffocated. Been using the LRP one for a couple of weeks now and feel like my skin is clearer overall (redness and spots etc.). Use the riche in winter.
It's my night cream, healing cream, burn cream, just everything cream. I use this as a night cream mixed with 4 drops of argan oil and my redness has improved by far. I use it on my dog's wound/staples after he got attacked and it's healed it quicker than expected. If you like it LRP, their range Lipikar is also amazing (I use lipikar baume AP+
It's really good for acne but it's not a good moisturizer, especially for the PM, as you need something richer and more nourishing, no matter if you use actives or not. It's clear that you get the irritation because you combine the Effaclar with that specific cleanser at PM. So don't get rid of it. You can use it in the morning, as it doesn't
It doesn't have the zinc or cica but does have 5% niacinamide. I was meh about it, but there's another La Roche posay moisutizer called Lipikar Baume AP+ which is my holy grail night time moisturizer. Feels really nice on your skin, very moisturizing, and doesn't have that really heavy feel you get with the B5.Review. La Roche Posay: Invisible Fluid UVMUNE400 (SPF 50+ / PPD 46): UVA filters: Tinosorb S, Avobenzone, Mexoryl SX, Mexoryl XL, MEXORYL400. Pros: --> super high UVA protection and this is the kind of sunscreen that will stay in place no matter what. --> easy to apply/lightweight/never pills--> no stinging--> no fragrance. 8VosWN.
